ChurchSuite is a brilliant collection of church administration tools. It makes total sense to keep all your church family, events and giving data securely together.
Imagine running an event that includes food. Wouldn't be useful to know how many are planning on attending so the right amount of food can be provided. One of the best ways would be to get people to sign up to say they are attending. But you want to send out a reminder email or text because not everyone replied, so you send another email or text... but it's not great if you send the reminder to everyone - including those who've already replied. With ChurchSuite you can send that reminder to those who haven't replied. Alternatively, you might have forgotten to ask for dietary requirements - with ChurchSuite you can email just those who have already applied.
Events
Trinity use ChurchSuite perhaps better than any church we know. We took the data from ChurchSuite and output it on their website so that it looks nice.
Small Groups
We also took their small groups data from ChurchSuite to allow people apply to join small groups.
